This is one of the most common forms of fear, manifesting as risk avoidance, indecisiveness in financial decisions, and excessive saving without a rational need. People with this fear are often afraid of losing money, even when they are not living in poverty. They prefer to stay in financial stagnation rather than invest, grow their businesses, or even look for new income opportunities.

Many people believe that wealth brings only problems. This belief may be rooted in upbringing, cultural stereotypes, or the negative experiences of others. The fear that money will lead to relationship issues, envy from others, or even moral decline can be so strong that individuals subconsciously avoid the possibility of becoming financially successful. They may not even realize that they are holding themselves back due to this fear.
