I am sincerely grateful to my close friend, Yulia Ilin, with whom I have been friends since childhood. Our lives have unfolded in such an amazing way that Yulia has always been by my side – first in the same building in the town of Kostomuksha in Karelia, and later in neighboring areas of Oulu in Finland. With incredible synchronicity, life brought us together again not long ago in adjacent districts of a town in southern Finland. Awakening and Inner Transformation

The Path of Discovery

Awakening begins with a step into the unknown, when we look at the world and ourselves not as a finished image, but as an endless canvas, where each stroke unveils new facets of perception. This path has no end – it is an infinite journey, where each step reveals ever-deeper layers of understanding.

Standing at the threshold of change, there comes a moment when old beliefs are released, and the limitations that hinder the unfolding of our true selves lose their power. The words "I can't" and "it's impossible" vanish, ceasing to have meaning. The clarity of consciousness, always within, returns, once hidden beneath layers of fear and doubt.

The path of discovery is not always straightforward. It is a kaleidoscope of experiences and realizations, sometimes seeming chaotic, but each moment carries its own truth. In this new perception, we become whole. Fears transform into steps toward freedom, and doubts become doors leading to the expansion of consciousness. Gradually, the world stops being a rigid reality and becomes a field of possibilities, where each new day, every encounter, and every moment fill life with new color and meaning. We begin to perceive our reality as a creation, where every instant is an opportunity for transformation.

With awakening comes the realization: change begins within. It is the path to the revelation of true strength and boundless potential. Everything we need is already within us, and the journey can begin at any moment.

Message

We are created to be happy and prosperous.

Life is a journey of discovering our true nature, of realizing who we truly are. We are not meant to struggle or conform to external standards. Our purpose is to be happy, free, and to unlock our inner potential—because life is meant to be a joyful experience.

As we release old beliefs, we begin to listen to ourselves and pay attention to our inner world—the light, feelings, and energy living within us. We have forgotten our truth, consumed by the storm of external distractions, losing touch with our inner harmony. But when we choose to be authentic, not hiding our essence behind masks or others' expectations, we find alignment with ourselves, embracing all aspects of who we are. This choice – to be ourselves, regardless of external circumstances – frees us from the limitations of perception and opens up the realization that we are much deeper than we ever imagined.

Water plays a key role in this process, channeling energy and symbolizing purification, renewal, and awareness. It reminds us that we are a flow of energy, capable of moving freely and transforming reality. By immersing ourselves in its movement, we gain strength and clarity, revealing our true nature.

Our power lies not in struggle or striving to conform, but in unfolding the inner light that illuminates everything around us.

We are born for happiness and prosperity – that is our true nature.

Transition

Everything already exists. Right now. But in the dimension where our energy is enough.

When a paradigm shift occurs, confusion may arise as old beliefs continue to influence the mind. However, with the practice of disidentifying from thoughts and circumstances, the manifestation of clear consciousness becomes possible – the very Higher Self that I call the Second Attention. It frees us from attachment to the matrix world of the limited mind. In expanded perception, pure being is activated, and the Observer transcends the mind, perceiving the world holistically and not reacting to its provocations.

A similar process occurs during a shift in realities: perception changes, but external changes may not be obvious yet. Nonetheless, the inner transformation has occurred, and the renewed consciousness allows us to feel these changes within. The external reality restructures with a slight delay, but changes are already taking place. We can confidently rely on the inner feeling that everything is fine, even if some parts of the consciousness still resist, not yet ready to trust.

What is left behind no longer supports our true path. By seeing changes as liberation and a clearing of space for the new, we allow the energy, previously spent on maintaining old structures, to be released. This opens up unexpected opportunities.

What leaves behind is like the shedding skin of a snake, symbolizing renewal and awakening. That which was once invested with energy transforms, returning to us in an updated form. Freed from attachment to the past or the need to prove anything, we allow the energy to continue its movement and return to us in its purest form.
