Елена Гущина – Dimension: Water Codes and Quantum Alchemy – Diving into the Consciousness of Light (страница 14)
Years passed, and I continued my journey, sometimes overcoming the harshest conditions to become confident in the water, and later, a professional dive search-and-rescue specialist, and dive instructor. One day, my friend and I came to the conclusion that perhaps my entire path in diving wasn't so much about becoming a master in this craft, but more about preparing for the meeting with my blue whale. All of this was necessary so that, having gained confidence through experience and skills, I could truly enjoy witnessing its presence and majesty in the depths of the water when we finally meet. But one day, I realized that my blue dream symbolized meeting myself, the depths of my soul, and those parts of me that had yet to be fully revealed. It wasn't so much the mind's desire to see whales, but the soul's yearning for harmony and unity with nature, the ocean, and the whole world. In this search, I was looking for inner clarity, peace, and connection with higher forces. One day, in silence, when I see this giant, it will not just be a meeting, but a merging with something deeper and limitless. A breath in – and I become part of the ocean, a new facet of my multidimensional consciousness unfolding in every moment. And again, a breath in – and I am no longer a separate element, but an irreplaceable, inseparable part of everything that exists, connected with the endless flow of life.
The blue dream tends to slip away from the matrix mind. It lies beyond the usual concepts, where love and dreams merge, and it becomes difficult to distinguish what we truly desire. For sometimes, true desires are not those that we are conscious of, but those that lie beyond ordinary perception, in a realm beyond limited thinking. They exist, but we are not always ready to see them. However, as soon as we open our hearts, release conditioned desires and attachments, and become the observing Observer, the impulses of light begin to emerge – true dreams that are already a part of us. These desires not only point the way for “outer” experience but also open the path of transformation on a deep level of consciousness. Our true dreams are beacons that, through their impulses of light, guide us to self-knowledge, helping us return to our true "
Everything that has ever happened or happens today already holds its immeasurable value. Let your experience, or parts of it, be of any shade and sometimes seem like "grains of sand in the sea" – don't rush to underestimate them. One day, the veil will fall, and you'll realize that all these moments were precious golden particles that were forming into a unique, whole, and priceless masterpiece of your true "

We аre Like Dolphins
In 2018, I wrote a poem that was given to me underwater.
We are like dolphins
If I need happiness, I seek it in joy – And that gives me strength to enjoy. If I need peace, I find it in smoothness: Of emotions, or in movements' finesse.
If I need faith, I take it from pure water, From love, from the present, and from patience farther. And if I need everything, I find it in nature – In a world without doubts, Where I absorb colors and clarity, Like the swirl of the best thoughts in unity.
We are like dolphins, And in revelation, Each of us can be a healer, Bring forth inspiration, Radiate euphoria just by being. When we are whole, When we're true to our hearts, When we don’t waste ourselves on empty thoughts, But simply create, share kind feelings, Smiles and meaning in others’ lives.
We are like dolphins, And all horizons are ours to claim, All the oceans, We can playfully choose the game: Laughter and health, love and wealth – And the meaning of it all Can come in a flash, Unexpected, yet full of grace. We can soar, leap into the air, Pick up speed, outpace the boats, Spin in a dance with the pod deep below, Jump again, bask in the sun’s glow, Then return to the wave, with a flow.
We are like dolphins, Inexplicable and bright, Able to create miracles and heal, With love for ourselves, and love for all in sight. Hearing the child inside, We suddenly find its voice – It’s the voice of a dolphin, A sound that makes us rejoice. They speak in one language, Chirping and laughing with glee, Jumping together from the water, Living so wild and free.
We are like dolphins.
And when I need to be real,
I just think of the dolphins,
And remember how they feel.

Self-Love
Self-love is the foundation of inner harmony and maturity. It begins with accepting all that we are, realizing that our experiences, mistakes, joys, and struggles are not limitations but rather the very things that reveal our true strength. By opening ourselves without judgment, letting go of the weight of guilt, and starting to see our essence through love, we gradually fill ourselves with lightness, and confidence seeps into every step we take.
Mistakes are always a constructive opportunity to learn and transform. And when feelings of guilt or resentment arise, it's important to perceive them not as enemies, but as natural flows of energy. By observing destructive emotions without labels or judgment, we allow them to dissolve, turning into light and love, restoring our inner strength.
True self-love is reflected in respecting our personal boundaries and energy. When we learn to say "no" with love, we not only protect our own power but also build relationships in which we don’t lose ourselves. This freedom allows us to remain a magnet for everything that aligns with our true nature. And this is not about selfishness, but about intentionally replenishing our own strength without harming ourselves. In doing so, we naturally enrich the energies and lives of others – by "saving" or, more accurately, returning to wholeness first within ourselves, we naturally enrich those around us.
Reality is a wave of possibilities, and through self-acceptance, we change our vibration. We return to our maturity, where we gain the ability to love the world and people as they are, without judgment, evaluation, or expectation. Self-love is a quantum process in which each experience transforms into light and love. By embracing events and emotions as an inseparable part of our journey, we begin to live in a world that mirrors our inner harmony.
I Am Allowed
Since ancient times, philosophers and sages have spoken of how a person is born free but gradually wraps themselves in threads of prohibitions and limitations. Buddhists call these the illusions of the mind, while Indian philosophy refers to them as
These prohibitions are often seen as truths:
Each of these prohibitions becomes part of our inner world, yet, at the same time, it takes away our ability to feel whole. But freedom begins with a simple realization: "
When we say, "
Each time we suppress an emotion, it accumulates, creating heaviness inside and even blockages in our energy channels. But emotions are just energy that comes and goes. Anger, joy, guilt, or resentment are neither “good” nor “bad”; they are simply part of our experience. If we allow ourselves to fully experience these feelings, they won’t get stuck inside us but will gently dissolve.
In nature, anger is not an enemy but an energy of action. It helps us understand where our boundaries have been violated. Instead of suppressing it, try to consciously observe it: What is it telling you? What is it warning you about? Allow it to exist, but don’t let it control you. Watch how this energy dissipates when you acknowledge it.
How often do we tie joy to achievements or external circumstances: "
